Listed (with us) on the site is a rough list of what a NZ metaller can generally expect to encounter in the media, radio/tv/internet. Although, I personally wouldn't have simply copy and pasted direct from the Axe man's email list, Black frog lady; if you read this, i suggest a few changes:

Think that the NZ Music Awards should include METAL in the awards. Over the last year or two there has been a steady increase in the number of METAL Radio shows, ALL of which feature different KIWI METAL bands each week! The longest running METAL show in NZ has been going since 1987! Which of course is The Axe Attack, http://www.theaxtattack.co.nz/  on The Rock.
